Hello everyone, these past few days have been special here on the Mosel. On Monday, I had the opportunity to spend some time with Heide, and that was fun, and then in the evening I had the opportunity of attending part of a local festival in town. There I ate a crepe and I saw one of my friends that I met my first day here (Mirela). It was cool seeing her again because I had recently seen her at the supermarket last week.

On Wednesday I went grocery shopping again, but this time I made sure to come back through Cochem instead of trying to use the ferry. On the way I got to see some fishermen that were catching what looked like eel, and then I saw more of my friends the ducks.

I also had the opportunity to run from Klotten to Cochem during these days and it was nice seeing the river the trains passing. This area is a gorgeous place and there is a lot of cool wildlife!

In my recent scripture study, I enjoyed finding some gems in the recent speeches given at the last General Conference! They testify of the Savior’s power to heal us and how we all have the potential to change and become better. It is amazing that we have this opportunity and that we can turn to our Heavenly Father for help in every moment!
